Qlockin helps an organisation schedule sessions, record attendance, track package credits and keep a record of the fees it collects. We provide it as it is described on this site, and we try to keep it available and correct.

Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your password to yourself, and for the staff you invite. If you think someone else has access, change your password and tell us.
Your data stays yours
The records you enter belong to your organisation. You can export them at any time. We do not sell them and we do not use them to advertise to you or to anyone else.
What you may not do
Do not use Qlockin to hold information you have no right to hold, to break the law, or to attempt to reach another organisation’s records. We may suspend an account that does.
Fees you collect
Fees your participants owe you are between you and them. Your Qlockin subscription is a separate matter, billed separately, and the two are never mixed. Where online collection is available, the payment provider handles card details — Qlockin never stores a card number.
Ending it
You can stop using Qlockin whenever you like and take your data with you. We can end an account that breaches these terms, and will give you a reasonable chance to export first unless the law prevents it.
Limits
Qlockin is provided without warranties beyond those the law requires and cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Qlockin afterwards means accepting the new version.
