A workspace is your organisation in Qlockin: your programs, groups, participants, attendance and payments all live inside it. Creating one takes about a minute and does not need a card.
- Go to https://app.qlockin.stakraf.com/sign-up.
- Fill in Your name, Organisation name, Email and Password. The password needs at least 8 characters — there are no other rules.
- Choose your Time zone. Session times, “today”, and attendance dates are all worked out in this time zone, so pick the one where your sessions happen.
- Choose your Currency. Package prices and payments are recorded in it.
- Select Create workspace. You land on the Dashboard, signed in as the owner.
Finding your way around
On a computer the menu runs down the left side in three groups:
