Workspace settings

Rename your workspace, change the time zone or participant prefix, and set where you get paid.

Organisation

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Under Organisation, change the Workspace name, Time zone or Participant number prefix.
  3. Select Save organisation.

Changing the prefix affects participants added from then on; existing numbers stay as they are.

Activity payments

Under Activity payments you can record the Provider you use and Your payment page — a link from your bank or payment provider — and tick Show this link to guardians in the portal, then Save payment settings. Money your participants pay goes to you, through your own provider. Qlockin never holds it and never stores card details.

Operations

The Operations panel shows how attendance works in your workspace: the four statuses, that credits apply when attendance is saved, and how far back your history goes on your plan.
