Plans and limits

What the Free plan includes, and what happens at its limits.

The Free plan is not a trial and does not expire. It includes:

  • Up to 50 active participants.
  • 1 staff account — the owner.
  • Up to 3 groups, at one location.
  • Calendar, sessions and attendance — all four statuses.
  • Packages, activity payments, the guardian portal, imports and CSV exports.
  • Reports with a year of history.

When you reach a limit, Qlockin tells you which one before anything is saved. Attendance is never blocked by your plan.

Your usage is shown under Your plan on the Dashboard and on Qlockin plans.
