A package is what a participant has paid for. Qlockin has five types:

| Monthly membership | Attend as often as the group meets, until it expires. No credits are counted. |
| Term | Covers a term. No credits are counted. |
| Unlimited | Attend any session. No credits are counted. |
Create a package
- Open Packages.
- Under Create package, enter a Package name, choose a Type, and set the number of Credits (used by session bundles and drop-ins).
- Enter the Price.
- Set Valid for (days, 0 = never expires) — for example 90 for a bundle that must be used within three months.
- Select Create package.
Sell a package to someone
- Open the participant’s page from Participants.
- Under Sell a package, choose the Package and the payment Method — Cash, Bank transfer, Payment link or Other.
- Tick Money received now if they have paid. Leave it unticked to record it as owed.
- Select Sell package. The package and the payment are recorded together.
How credits are used
- Credits change only when attendance is marked — see Take attendance.
- If someone has a membership and a bundle, the membership covers them first, so their bundle is not used up while their membership is valid.
- With several bundles, the one that expires soonest is used first, so credits are not lost to an expiry date.
Renewals
Balances needing renewal on Packages lists everyone running low, Prioritised by remaining credits. The Dashboard also counts low credit balances under Needs attention — 2 or fewer sessions left — and shows Packages expiring soon, within the next 14 days.
Correct a balance
- In Balances needing renewal, find the person under Correct the balance.
- Enter the number of credits to give back, and a Reason — it is recorded.
- Select Adjust.
