Reports
- Attendance trend — attended versus expected, by month. Excused absences are left out, so a family who told you in advance does not drag the rate down.
- What needs your attention — patterns worth acting on, worked out from your own records.
- Attendance by participant — each person’s present, late, absent and excused counts and their rate.
- Money collected — revenue over time. This is part of the paid plan.
Every figure is counted from your own attendance, packages and payments. Nothing is predicted, and nothing uses another organisation’s data.
