“Password needs at least 8 characters”
That is the only password rule. Use any 8 or more characters.
I can’t generate sessions for a group
The group has no weekly slot — it was created with No fixed day, so it shows Add a weekly slot first. Open Edit group on its card, choose a day under Weekly on with its Starts and Ends times, and select Save group. Generate term then appears.
My instructor sees no sessions
Instructors only see sessions of groups they lead. Set them as the Instructor under Edit group on Programs & groups.
Scanning a card says “Card not recognised”
The card belongs to another organisation, or you are signed in to a different workspace. Make sure you are signed in to the workspace the participant belongs to.
A family’s link reached the wrong person
Open the participant, select Revoke links in Guardians, then create a new link for the right person.
Someone attended but has no package
Mark them anyway. Their attendance is recorded and Qlockin shows a warning such as No active package or No sessions left on this package. Sell them a package from their page when they pay.
A credit was used by mistake
Change their mark to Absent or Excused and the session goes back automatically. For anything else, use Correct the balance on Packages.
Does a child need the app or an account?
No. Participants never need a phone, an app or an account. Families see their child’s details through a guardian link.
A family’s link says it no longer works
Links expire after 90 days. Open the participant and select Create guardian link to send a fresh one.
Where are the iPhone and Android apps?
Coming later. Until then the workspace works in your phone’s browser — including checking people in by card — and you can add it to your home screen.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time: ↓ Export CSV on Participants, Payments and Reports.
