Parents and guardians never need an app or an account. Instead you give them a private link to a page about their child.
Create a link
- Open the participant’s page from Participants.
- Select Create guardian link.
- Copy the link that appears and send it to the family however you normally contact them — WhatsApp, text or email.
A link lasts 90 days. When it expires, the family sees This link no longer works and is asked to request a new one — create another and send it.
What the family sees
- Sessions remaining and the Package they are on.
- Their child’s Attendance rate and Recent sessions.
- Their Payments.
- Can’t make it? — they can tell you their child will miss the next session, with an optional note, and select Let them know.
An absence reported through the link marks that session Excused, so it does not count against attendance and does not use a session from the package.
Switch a link off
- Open the participant’s page.
- In the Guardians panel, select Revoke links.
Every guardian link issued for that participant stops working at once and shows as expired. Select Create guardian link to send a fresh one to the right person.
